Opting Out of Our Newsletters

Obsidian Entertainment will only send you e-mails that are deemed relevant to you based upon your e-mail subscription criteria. Presently, Obsidian only e-mails newsletters for its projects, and sends transactional e-mails through our forum software.

Our newsletter, which is currently only for Project Eternity backers, will provide you the option to stop your e-mail subscription, which will instruct Obsidian to remove you from our newsletter mailing list. Our newsletters will include an opt-out notice and unsubscribe link at the footer of the message. This notice will contain instructions for you to follow in order to opt-out from receiving further newsletters from us.

Recipients have the ability to stop receiving e-mails from Obsidian Entertainment at any time. In the event you find our newsletters are no longer relevant to you based on your needs, you may directly unsubscribe as well by visiting our Unsubscribe page. If you are receiving unwanted messages from our forums, please visit the Profile section for your forum account. You can enable and disable any topic/post notifications there at any time.

Project Eternity Backer Updates

All crowdfunding backers (via Kickstarter or via the Project Eternity website at eternity.obsidian.net) will be added to the Project Eternity Backer Updates mailing list. We will send you our weekly project update which may include news, development progress, promotions, or other information deemed relevant to you as a backer of the project.
